We are looking for a dynamic and committed coach to run our first Level 1 Coach Clinic as part of the Coaches Development Program
Location: Panama
Dates: 1st to 5th April 2024
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a sailing coach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate the Level 1 Coach Clinic sessions.
- Provide guidance and support to participants.
- Adapt coaching techniques to suit individual needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
