The event promises a friendly yet competitive atmosphere, attracting both local and international sailors to the warm waters of Malta\u2019s south coast.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Bir\u017cebbu\u0121a offers ideal sailing conditions throughout the year, with steady winds and mild temperatures even in February. Racing\u00a0in Marsaxlokk Bay sailing areas provides an enjoyable and tactical experience for sailors of all levels whatever the wind conditions.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The regatta venue is based at\u00a0Bir\u017cebbu\u0121a Sailing Club<\/strong>, is only 15mins away from the Malta\u00a0International airport. It is located right by the sea with easy access to the boat park, launching area, and nearby accommodation. The club\u2019s facilities include changing rooms, a race office, and a snack bar offering food and refreshments throughout the event.<\/p>\n Accomodation can be booked at a special price from the event hotel details attached. Many self catering apartments are also available a few meters from the club.<\/p>\n We are happy to offer\u00a0a limited number of FREE optimist boats, including foils,\u00a0mast, boom and sprit. These are available on a first come first served basis.\u00a0<\/strong> We also offer ILCA boats at a very good charter price according to availability.<\/p>\n We are happy to offer\u00a0special accomodation rates at the new SAND DUNE HOTEL.
